South Korea is studying various plans to improve relations with North Korea, a spokesperson for South Korea's Unification Ministry said on Monday, in response to a media report that Seoul is considering allowing individual tours to North Korea.

North Korea has nothing to talk about with the South, as their relations have passed the point of no return, said Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, KCNA reports. "Regardless of which politicians come to power in South Korea,
