本研究针对代谢功能障碍相关脂肪肝病 (MASLD)早期诊断需求，通过分析NHANES数据库2764例样本，首次系统评估了代谢评分METS-IR对MASLD风险的预测价值。结果显示METS-IR与MASLD风险呈显著正相关 (OR=2.28/SD)，其预测效能 (AUC=0.823)优于HOMA-IR等传统指标，为临床筛查高危人群提供了简便可靠的量化工具。
