A New Jersey man has been missing for more than a week after going on a hike in the Grand Canyon as the largest fire ever recorded in the area rages on.

The Dragon Bravo Fire continues to burn, with a footprint of more than 126,000 acres and only 13% containment on Tuesday.

The fire on the north rim of the Grand Canyon has burned more than 120,000 acres after starting a month ago. Meanwhile, dry conditions north of Los Angeles are making the containment of a fire burning through a national preserve more difficult.
