The official White House Instagram and X accounts shared a deportation video with a bright, joyful pop song playing in the background, while lines of downcast, handcuffed men boarded a deportation plane. The song, known online as the Jet2 Holiday meme, is often used to poke fun at travel misadventures.

"My music is about love, unity and spreading positivity - never about division or hate," the British singer said online in response to the White House using audio from her song, "Hold My Hand."
