Ichiro was formally inducted into the Hall of Fame on Sunday, joining Ken Griffey Jr. and Edgar Martinez as the third player to represent the Mariners in Cooperstown.

Ichiro was just a single vote shy of being unanimously inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. He becomes the first player born in Japan to be inducted.
