Cordarrelle Patterson is hitting the open market. After spending the 2024 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the 34-year-old former Tennessee star announced that he had been released on July 28. "Breaking news!!!," Patterson wrote in a post on X. "Pittsburgh Steelers release old washed up Cordarrelle Patterson on his day off!!!"
Cordarrelle Patterson took to social media Monday to announce that he has been released by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The 34-year-old spent the 2018 season with the New England Patriots. After they finished 11-5, Patterson helped the Patriots throughout the playoffs including two receptions for 14 yards, a 38-yard kick return and seven rushing yards en route to their 13-3 Super Bowl LIII win over the Los Angeles Rams.
