Police believe that the victim was standing outside at the time of the shooting. Early investigations indicate a vehicle stopped, where a person got out and fired shots before leaving the area. A suspect was arrested a few hours later on the 4700 block of Cedar Avenue South and booked into the Hennepin County Jail for murder, according to MPD.
